Who are you?

You know how to approach candidates and build a relationship with them. You understand our business and what we do, so you can sell it to the best candidates. Therefore, you are able to set up the best candidate experience and create talent pools. Great recruiters would like to invest in long-lasting relationships, even when it’s not the right match.

At Xebia, our recruiters aren’t salespeople; they’re ambassadors, mentors, and coaches who help people recognize themselves in our values and professional opportunities. They do much more than locate target candidates; they engage people in our knowledge-sharing community.

 

What are you going to do?

Our target group is scarce, tech-savvy professionals with above-average intelligence. So, to reach them, we developed an active recruitment strategy in-house, based on inbound marketing principles. Besides this, it is also important that you build up a pipeline with proactive sourcing.

In this role you:

  • Are responsible for the whole recruitment cycle (from phone screening till hiring);
  • Build a new team of product owners, developers and other tech people;
  • Improve the recruitment process and change it if you like to;
  • Set up our employer brand in collaboration with marketing;
  • Write content for our career page;
  • Organize meet-ups and events for future talent.

How about the team?

The recruitment team exist around 5 people and the manager Cees. In this role, you work independently for Xebia Studio and you are responsible for the whole hiring process. 

Requirements

You have at least 3 years of experience in (full-cycle) recruitment, preferably in a tech environment. As a recruiter, you are communicative, proactive and have creative ideas how to approach people and to set up our employer brand.

  • You have 3 years of experience in (tech) recruitment
  • Natural networker 
  • Intuitively understand how potential candidates perceive the world
  • Experience with employer branding is an absolute pre
  • Energetic, self-driven initiator with a ‘can do’ attitude and confidence
  • Genuinely interested in the latest developments in your industry
  • You communicate fluently in English and Dutch
